CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note on any full-priced item returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, your piece must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging.
To exchange an item, email us with your order number and we will sort it out for you!
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT?
Oh no! If your Mon Mini piece arrives with a fault or flaw, we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. Just email us with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll organise a refund or a replacement in no time.

When returning an item, don’t forget to pop your order number in the parcel or email. If it was a gift, ask the sender for their order number or receipt to help us find the original order.
For safe travels back to us, we recommend using a tracked return service.
