WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING ONCE I ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are packed and shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and sent on its way.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse, we may be able to cancel it. Please note that this excludes sale items or orders placed with a promo code, which are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your parcel is not collected and the order is returned to us, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping. To cancel your order, contact us here with your name and order number.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We totally understand - sometimes it’s not the right size, the right vibe, or you just had a change of heart. That’s why we’re happy to accept returns on full-priced items that tick the boxes below. You can choose a full refund or a size swap (if we’ve got it in stock!).

Here’s what we need for a return:

  • It’s been less than 7 days since you bought it

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in tip-top shape

  • Any tags and packaging are still attached and looking good

HOW ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?

Every one of our garments is thoughtfully designed in-house in Australia, with a careful balance of style, practicality, and a playful spirit. Our pieces are made from cotton and bamboo for a soft, luxurious feel.

We partner with a small, skilled team in China who handcraft each piece. This slower process allows us to prioritise quality, individuality, and craftsmanship in everything we make.
